Description:
This Punching machine can punch not only aluminum foil but also PE, PP, PET laminated aluminum foil. The punching mold is customized for minimizing the scrap and can be used for a long time.

Equipments:
1) Main control: China INOVANC Brand PLC and MCGS brand touch screen.
2) Traction motor: adopt 0.75kw independent motor INOVANCE frequency converter and PLC link control.
3) Mold driven motor: with 3.7kw independent motor INOVANCE frequency converter and PLC link control.
4) Length control motor: 3kw servo motor,INOVANCE PLC Link control.
5) Unwinding with 50NM magnetic brake tension control.
6) Main motor 3.7kw AC 3 phase frequency conversion motor control by INOVANCE frequency converter.
7) Unwinding lock: Pneumatic style
8) Traction: with pneumatic pressing traction style
