1. Description :
DXS Series Automatic Computerized High-Speed Vacuum Forming Machine (Thermoforming machine). It is designed by the principle of mechanical-electrical-
pneumatic integration. Adopts PLC control system, panel and AC voltage meter adjustment. It is full-automatic forming equipment for thermoforming plastic sheet includes feeding, heating; forming, cooling, mold ejecting, cutting at one blow. These machines have luxury configuration and gets reliable performance and handy operation.
Application Area:
It is suitable for thermoforming PS, HIPS, PVC, PET, PP, flocking sheet that can produce varieties of blister package and blister tray. For example: egg tray, curatorial injection tray, oral liquid tray, mobile telephone tray, cookies tray, egg tray, one-off tableware etc.
