Nonwoven Tea Filter Bag Making Machine, DRQ400

Usage:
This machine is applicable to nonwoven fabric and filter paper materials, it is used for processing small-size non-woven bag and filter paper bag with different specifications and shapes, optional functons: in-folding, ex-folding, bottom gusset and folding functions. It can make tea bag, reflexed bag, in-folding bag, medicine boiling bag, hot pot condiment bag, tea powder bag and coffee filter bag, etc.
Features:
1. The machine frame adopt steel plate laser cutting, accurate hole position.
2. The main motor adopt 1.5kw Frequency motor with 1.5kw Frequency inverter. The machine material feeding motor adopt servo motor and driver control, stable and fast.
3. Touch screen operation, PLC programming.
4. Adopt air shaft unwinding and magnetic powder brake for tension control, analog web-guiding and Italy brand photocell sensor tracking. The max.bag unwinding width is 800mm.
5. The material traction motor adopt Frequency motor, the rubber roller adopt NBR material.
6. Imported photocell for color tracking, it can be adjusted by manual.
7. High-strength alloy steel cutter, the cutter movement adopt scissor type.
8. The folding device , the bag pocket can be folded inside or outside.
9. The two side of bag pocket use ultrasonic fixing after folding.
10. The nonwoven tea bag use ultrasonic for side sealing, the filter bag filxing use hot welding.
11. Equipped with 1 Set high power electrostatic eliminator.
